How It Works

1. Register Your Property
Property owners enroll their property with POVS,LLC.

• Sign and record an affidavit prepared by POVS with the County Clerk.

2. Designate POVS as Your Verification Contact
POVS becomes the designated verification resource for ownership inquiries.

3. Verification Request Received
When a participating title company, attorney, lender, or other party requests verification, POVS follows its established verification process.

4. Ownership Confirmation
The requesting party receives verification results, helping support informed transaction decisions.
